• Instrumentals

• Other downloadable materials
If you download or use these materials, you agree to the following:
A. Your Rights
You may:
• Create remixes, covers, or derivative works for personal or non-commercial use, unless explicitly stated otherwise
Share your creations on social platforms with proper credit (e.g., “Remix by [Your Name], original by Destined for Mars”)
• Submit your creations to DFM for potential reposting or community features
B. License You Grant to Us
By submitting or sharing a remix, cover, or derivative work with us, you grant DFM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
• Share, repost, feature, or showcase your work on our channels
• Use your work for promotional or community-engagement purposes
• You still retain full ownership of your creation.
C. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Upload our stems to third-party sample libraries
• Sell or commercially exploit remixes without written approval
• Misrepresent authorship or remove metadata/copyright info
4. Purchases, Merch & Payments
If you purchase merch or other products through our Site:
All prices are displayed in USD unless noted
Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers
Shipping times and availability may vary
Refunds & Returns
Refunds and returns may be governed by the policies of our fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful, Shopify).
